This notice explains how IRIS Witness handles personal data collected through this website, in line with the UAE Personal Data Protection Law (Federal Decree-Law 45 of 2021).
IRIS Witness is a customer experience measurement company based in the United Arab Emirates. For any question about your data, write to contact@iris-witness.com.
When you submit the proposal form, we receive the information you type: your name, company, role, sector, number of locations, email, phone and message. We do not use advertising trackers.
For one purpose: responding to your inquiry and preparing the proposal you asked for. We do not sell your data and we do not share it with third parties for marketing.
Form submissions are processed by Netlify, our hosting provider, then kept in our client records. Access is limited to the founder.
If we do not work together, your inquiry data is deleted within 12 months. If we do, it becomes part of our client records for the duration of the relationship and applicable legal retention periods.
You can ask us at any time to access, correct or delete the personal data we hold about you, or to withdraw a consent you gave us. Write to contact@iris-witness.com and we will respond.
